These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of personalized hypnotherapy and meditation programs (“Programs”) provided through Meditators Guide. By purchasing a personalized program, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Services Provided

• Personalized programs consist of custom-created hypnotherapy and/or meditation recordings designed according to information gathered during your consultation.

• Each program is unique and tailored to the client’s expressed needs, preferences, and goals.

• Programs are delivered digitally via email or download link within [5–7 business days] of the initial consultation, unless otherwise agreed.

2. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of booking a personalized program.

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• Prices are displayed in United States Dollars and are subject to change at any time, though confirmed orders will not be affected.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

• Due to the personalized nature of these programs, all sales are final. Refunds or cancellations are not available once work on your program has begun.

• If you wish to cancel before the consultation has taken place, you may request a full refund.

• In the event that Meditators Guide cannot deliver the program due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate, honest, and complete information during the consultation process to ensure the effectiveness and suitability of the program.

• Personalized programs are for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, resold, or distributed without prior written consent.

5. Results Disclaimer

• While personalized programs are created with care and expertise, Meditators Guide does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or improvements.

• These services are intended to support well-being and personal development but are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. Clients should consult qualified healthcare providers for medical concerns.

6. Intellectual Property

• All scripts, recordings, and program materials remain the intellectual property of Meditators Guide

• Upon purchase, clients are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the program for their own private practice.

7. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meditators Guide shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use a personalized program.
